Wiki Abridged: Don Valley Parkway

The Don Valley Parkway is a six-lane controlled-access highway connecting the Gardiner Expressway in Toronto with Highway 401. It runs for fifteen kilometers and has a capacity of 60,000 vehicles, with a speed limit of 90 km/ph. The parkway started with plans in 1954 and was completed in 1966. It is used by many, by much more than its capacity can withstand, and so traffic jams are considered uncommon when they don't happen.
